Ava Mina Company for Housing, Contracting and Trading was established in 1994 and the founders are: Ashraf Awad, Ehab Awad and Nadia Habib. The company has built and renovated residential and commercial towers in different areas, including: Abbasia - Heliopolis - Al-Zaher - Faggala - Al-Qubba Bridge - Al-Zaytoun - Nasr City.

Our Work Fields
The founders of the group established OliveTree For Real Estate Development Company (LLC) in 2020 with a capital of 400 million pounds, which was allocated a plot of land in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital of Egypt to establish a commercial - administrative - medical mall in the name of N-Mall.
The founders of the group established the kiromarble factory for marble and granite in the industrial zone of marble and granite, Shaq Al-Taban - Tora - Maadi, with a capital of 50 million pounds in 2004.
The factory is located on an area of 30,000 square meters, and the factory is one of the largest in the Middle East, with an annual production capacity of about one million and two hundred thousand square meters.
The founders of the group established the Al Maleka and AL Amir farms, and 165 acres were allocated in the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road area for the cultivation of olives and grapes of all kinds. The farm's products are sold in the local market and exported abroad.
